We proudly support local events like the Saba Triathlon, Bizzy B 5K, 10K by Chez, Sea to Scenery, and various hiking challenges. In addition, we host our own walks, yoga sessions, and other movement activities that are open to all. These events are designed to bring people together, promote physical activity, and make fitness fun and accessible for everyone.

The Bizzy B 5K
The Bizzy B 5K is a popular running and walking event held multiple times a year in Saba’s capital, The Bottom. This 5-kilometer route allows participants to enjoy a scenic run or walk through the town alongside friends and family, making it a fun and community-driven experience. The event typically starts early in the morning and is open to all ages, with an adult and kids' category to encourage broad participation.
Registration includes a race number, snacks, drinks, and occasionally a finisher’s item if registered by a specific deadline. Sea to Scenery
The Sea to Scenery race is one of the most challenging and iconic events on Saba, taking place annually during the Saba Day celebrations. This race offers a unique and demanding course, starting at Cove Bay near the airport and ascending to the summit of Mt. Scenery, the highest point in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. With a 800-meter elevation gain, this race offers a mix of road and trail running that tests both endurance and spirit.

The event is designed to be inclusive and accessible, with youth under 18 participating for free. Entry fees include a pre-race dinner, a Saba Triathlon T-shirt, a customized medal, and snacks and drinks along the route.

10k By Chez
The 10K by Chez is a running event organized by Chez Bubba Bistro and Event 66, with support from Body, Mind and Spirit and other local businesses. The race begins at Wells Bay, with it's magically appearing and disappearing beach, and finishes at the top of Mountain Road.
Participants can choose to run the 10K individually or as part of a team. Team options include teams of two or four, where each member runs a 2.5 or 5 kilometer segment of the course.
The race route is entirely on paved roads, making it a road race rather than a trail event. Water stations will be available along the course to keep runners hydrated. To register and for more details, please visit the Event 66 website.

Yoga Lessons
At Body Mind and Spirit, we are pleased to support local yoga instructors in offering a year-round schedule of classes for the Saban community. Everyone is welcome to join and experience moments of mindfulness and relaxation.
